Usually I eat quinoa for dinner, but yesterday I was invited to eat dinner at the neighbor’s place. I was excited because I like different ethnic foods and it was going to be a Phillipino meal.
The food was outstanding and I wanted to eat more, but I was too full. Since I have been eating a lot of quinoa, I noticed that my appetite just isn’t as large as it once was. This is great because I have lost so much weight and I feel great. I was explaining this to my neighbors and telling them how much I enjoyed quinoa and it sparked their curiosity. They naturally wanted to give it a try since it is a great substitute for white rice.
The next day I ate dinner with them again and they had quinoa with some of the same dishes. I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. I thought it would be good, but I wasn’t sure if it would compliment the dishes. It was very good and my friends loved it as well. It really makes it easy to eat healthy when you enjoy the food you are eating.No tags for this post.
